Payments

There are several reasons why your payment card may be declined. Your card may have expired (check the expiration date before using it). You may have reached the credit limit on your card (check your account to see if you have exceeded the allowed amount). You may have entered some information incorrectly (double-check that all the card details are entered correctly).

Shipping & Returns

Purchases made on the website www.ditchil.com will be shipped to the address you choose at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return of an item, please email help@ditchil.com. Our Customer Support team will contact you and plan all the details for the return of the desired item.

Please note that an item can only be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Once the return of an item is confirmed, and it meets all the return requirements stated in the Terms and Conditions page, we will proceed with the refund of the paid amount. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

To proceed with exchanging an item, you should email help@ditchil.com. Our Customer Support team will contact you and plan all the details for the exchange of the item.
